| The Group's Affiliates program is open to law firms, consulting firms and solo practitioners, as well as, insurerers, re-insurers and financial institutions. Affiliates have included firms like Jones Day; K&L Gates; Sidley Austin; Arnold & Porter; ENVIRON; ERM; CardnoENTRIX; Arcadis; and many others. A firm’s membership allows for up to 5 persons to have access to the designated Affiliates website and receive email alerts and other communications. Affiliates participate in the Group as US-Only, EU/International-Only or Worldwide members. Benefits of Participation

- Alerts – As warranted, alerts on selected, major developments on matters related to natural resource damages, assessment and Environmental Liability Directive (ELD) issues.
- Reports – A newsletter prepared especially for US Affiliates and for EU Affiliates providing information on key case, policy and practice developments.
- Work Products – Copies of final versions of Group-sponsored work products, including articles, manuscripts and other documentation.
- Meetings – Opportunities to participate in selected Group-sponsored briefings and specialty meetings -- US, EU, both, as applicable.
